Some clients simply want their permits to renovate while others want the full package including furniture and finishes. We have laid out the levels of services to help you determine what scope you may be seeking.
Basic
Basic services include site measurment, drawings, electrical and mechanical pricing as well as permit approval.
Intermediate
Intermediate services include everything from basic plus additional services to see your job through to the end including construction drawings, site visits, liasing with the contractor and a closed permit.
Advanced
Advanced services includes everything from basic and intermediate in addition to sourcing furnishings and decor.
